Carpenter – Social Housing Maintenance
Location: London - in and around surrounding areas
Pay: £700–£720 per week (CIS)

We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to work on social housing maintenance projects. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stable, long-term work with consistent weekly pay.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a relevant trade or City & Guilds qualification
Proven experience in social housing maintenance
Competent in all aspects of carpentry (doors, frames, skirting, locks, kitchens, etc.)
Full UK driving licence
Role Summary:
Complete responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties
Deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service
Work independently and manage your own workload
