We are looking for a Carpenter in the Oxfordshire area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the responsive repair team within domestic properties.
In this Carpenter role you will be responsible for:
Carry out all aspects of carpentry work including door hanging, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
Fire door inspections, installations, and maintenance activities
Multi-Trade Duties including flooring and roofing
Ensuring high standards of customer service when working in occupied premises
Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service
Requirements for the Carpenter role:
NVQ or City & Guilds in the relevant trade or proven experience in carpentry within the social housing sector
Relevant industry experience within social housing
In return the Carpenter will receive:
£35,992 to £45,242 per annum
Company Van
Overtime available
Opportunity for call out
Salary negotiable depending on experience
28 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays
