Location: Quarry Road, Wenvoe, Cardiff, CF56AA
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 13.17 per day

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
Construct, repair, and install fencing as required.
Replace and repair doors and related hardware.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on the job.
Person Specification
Proven experience in carpentry and maintenance work.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a work van.
