Job Description
We are currently looking for 1–2 skilled Carpenters to start ASAP to work for our client in Oxford, OX4 area.
The work will involve 1st and 2nd fix carpentry within an internal office fit-out.
Job Duties:
* Installing skirting boards and door linings
* Fitting architraves, doors, and ironmongery
* Constructing and fitting stud walls, framework, or other structural elements (1st fix)
* Carrying out finishing work such as trims, boxing in, and final touches (2nd fix)
* Working from technical drawings and plans
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Communicating with site managers to ensure work is completed to spec and on time
Requirements:
* Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
* CSCS card preferred (if applicable)
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
