Are you an experienced Carpenter looking for stable work in the Dudley area?
This role offers £22 per hour, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work on a long-term social housing contract. You'll be carrying out a variety of reactive maintenance tasks on both tenanted and void properties, with consistent, ongoing work available.

Carpenter Responsibilities:
Reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties
Fire door remedial work
General carpentry repairs and installations
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
What you'll need:
Experience in carpentry or a relevant qualification
Proven experience in social housing maintenance
Knowledge and experience of fire door remedial work
Own van and tools
