We're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a growing team working across social housing and maintenance contracts in Lewisham.
Benefits for the Carpenter will include:
£38,000 + company van and fuel card
Annual holiday 25 plus Bank holidays

As the Carpenter you will be responsible for:
Carrying out aspects of carpentry work including door hanging, skirting, architraves and Kitchen units
Ensuring high standards of customer service when working in occupied premises
Attend to and resolve various repair requests in occupied properties, ensuring swift and efficient service
The successful Carpenter will have:
Social housing experience
Qualified City & Guilds or NVQ level 2
6 or less points on licence
Can pass a DBS check
Have their own tools
Pass a drugs and alcohol test
