Job Description
Carpenter Multi Trader
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader for maintenance work within domestic properties covering North and East London.
The Carpenter Multi Trader will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi Trader:
Carry out carpentry repairs in void domestic properties
Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, rendering, brickwork, groundworks where required
Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
About you as the Carpenter Multi Trader:
Experienced Carpenter with proven multi-trade skills
Recognised carpentry qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
