At Moxie People, we're working with a community-focused Housing Association near Southampton to find a skilled Multi-Trade Operative.

🔧 The Role
Multi-trade repairs & maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, flooring, etc.)
Work within the Voids & Maintenance team
Deliver quality, "right first time" repairs
Provide excellent customer service
Cover out-of-hours callouts (clean driving licence required
👷What We're Looking For
Strong carpentry or housing maintenance experience
NVQ/City & Guilds trade qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Great problem-solving & diagnostic skills
High-quality workmanship with a safety-first approach
Friendly, proactive attitude & great people skills
