Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a responsive and proactive maintenance team in Islington. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry and general building repairs across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out carpentry and associated trade works to a high standard as directed by the Supervisor
Work on a variety of tasks including responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void property works, and capital repair projects
Plan and organise daily workload to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
Respond to urgent and emergency repairs, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct on-siteRequirements
Proven experience in carpentry and general multi-trade works
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
