Job Description
We are currently looking for a Carpenter in Lewisham area working for well-established Housing Association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.
In return the Carpenter will receive:
£34K-£38K dependant on experience
Overtime available
Company pension
Company health plan
£20 per month for mobile data usage
As the Carpenter you will be responsible for:
Carpentry
General maintenance work
Be working in a responsive repair team
The successful Carpenter will:
Have a NVQ LV2 in Carpentry (desired)
Have 10+ years' experience in carpentry
UK driving licence
CSCS card
Be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test
