An established housing provider is seeking an experienced/qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Property Team in the Berkshire area. This role is part of the Empty Homes Team, helping to prepare and maintain properties to a high standard. A business-use van and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in void properties and elsewhere as needed
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Installation of windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)
Locksmithing (lock snapping, drilling, picking)
Fencing repairs and installations (feather edge, chain link, panels)
Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks
