Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.
With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety, and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade based in Sidcup.
Day to Day for Carpenter Multi Trade:
Carrying out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties, with a focus on carpentry and external works such as fencing
Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants
Using a PDA system for job management
Requirements for Carpenter Multi Trade:
Qualified to NVQ or City & Guilds (C&G) level in Carpentry
Proven experience in external works, particularly fencing
Experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence) properties
