Salary: £32,880 - £35,620

Contract Type: Permanent
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter / Carpenter Multi to join their Property Services Team in the Berkshire area. This is a mobile role, and a van and fuel card will be provided for business travel.

The Role:
As a Carpenter Multi, you'll be part of the Kitchens & Bathrooms Team, carrying out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks in tenanted and void properties.
Key responsibilities include:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Installing windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)
UPVC installation and servicing
Locksmith tasks (e.g., gaining entry, lock replacement)
All types of fencing (feather edge, chain link, panel)
Full kitchen fitting and minor joinery
Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and general repairsBefore You Apply
