Job Description
We are looking for a Carpenter / Multi Trade in the M25 area of London to work on different sites and buildings undertaking property maintenance. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent with the company.
As the Carpenter / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
Working within the M25 (Able to travel to different locations within the M25)
All aspect of carpentry
Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc
Fitting and repairing kitchen counters
Working on timber sash windows
Painting
In order to be eligible for either the Carpenter / Multi Trade role you must:
A full UK driving licence
Has social housing and domestic experience
Needs experience working on voids and tenanted properties
Clean DBS
The successful Carpenter / Multi Trade will receive in return:
£22 - £24 per hour / up to £40k salary
Overtime available
On-going contract work
A company van and fuel card provided
Potential in getting a perm contract after 6 months
Pension scheme after 6 months
Additional Information:
Working hours from 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
