Job description
Our client, a leading building maintenance contractor working with reputable private and public sector organisations is currently seeking a Carpenter / multi trade on a temporary - permanent basis to carry out Voids and Reactive maintenance work in domestic properties across the Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds areas.
Duties will include :-
Attending to and resolving Carpentry maintenance issues within mainly domestic properties while providing a high level of customer service.
Requirement for the role :-
NVQL2 minimum in Carpentry or 3 years minimum time served.
Multi-trade skills such as basic plumbing, tiling and painting and decorating also an advantage.
PPE
Own tools
Must be able to provide at least one work related reference.
42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
Full - time temp - permanent position.
£36,000- £37,000 per annum with van and fuel card.
£21-22 per hour CIS
