Job Description
We’re recruiting a skilled Carpenter Multi to join our clients busy Repairs and Maintenance team, working on a social housing contract – the largest of its kind in Europe. You’ll work across a variety of properties carrying out high-quality repairs, with a focus on carpentry, but ideally also confident in plumbing and plastering.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi:
* Complete repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing.
* Aim for first-time fix solutions to reduce return visits.
* Work independently and professionally, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time.
* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on-site.
The ideal Carpenter Multi will have:
* Experience working in social housing environments
* NVQ preferably in Carpentry
* Clean Driving license
