Salary Expected £45,000 earnings (Unlimited overtime, van fuel card)

Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. This is a heavily led Carpentry role, carrying out all aspects of carpentry maintenance / some install. Social housing contract predominately within the Basildon area.

Maintenance & Minor Install Carpentry Works
Skills & Experience
Level 2 NVQ or equivalent carpentry qual
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
Experience of using PDA device
