Job Title: Carpenter Multi-Trader (CIS Contract)
Location: Hammersmith & Surrounding Areas
Rate: £700 to £720 – Paid via CIS
Contract Type: Ongoing Agency Contract
We are currently recruiting experienced Carpenter Multi-Traders to join our team working on social housing properties across Hammersmith and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for ongoing CIS agency contract work with a well-established maintenance contractor.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry
Proven experience working in social housing (responsive, planned maintenance or voids)
Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade tasks including
Full manual UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic plumbing
Painting/decorating
Tiling
Patch plastering
Role Details:
Day-to-day maintenance and repair works in occupied and vacant social housing properties
Working across various sites in Hammersmith and nearby areas
Paid via CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
Van and fuel card provided (if applicable)
