Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter / Locksmith to join our team in Enfield, working within the Legal Disrepairs Team. This is a hands-on role within the social housing sector, ideal for someone who is versatile, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work across a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen installations
*
Locksmithing duties
*
Window installations
*
1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
*
General maintenance tasks as required (including painting and assisting other trades)
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in social housing
*
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
*
Own tools
*
Full, clean driving licence
*
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
*
Flexible and proactive attitude – must be happy to "muck in" and assist with other trades where needed
Additional Information:
