Carpenter - Social Housing (Mobile Role)

Location: South London / Croydon
Pay Rate: £21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Company van provided

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our team working on social housing properties in South London / Croydon. This is a mobile role, so you will be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high quality
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clientsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter in a similar role
Experience in social housing / Domestic
Full UK driving licence (essential)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat We Offer:
