Job Description
The Key Responsibilities of the successfull candidate
* Selling all aspects of carpets & flooring.
* Clear communication and support to customers to help them make informed decisions about their flooring requirements and remain the main point of contact for our customer aftersales.
* Updating & maintaining estimates & fitting diaries liasing with our estimators & fitters.
* Delivering accurate quotes based on customer choices combined with dimension provided by our estimators.
* Timeously & accurately process all documentation relating to sales.
* Maintain the appearance of our showroom through general housekeeping and replacing samples.
* Ensure our showroom is a warm & welcoming safe environment.
* Repsond curteously & promptly to all customers by telephone, email and face to face.
* Working Pattern is 5 days over 6 as we are closed on a Sunday two working days of which must be Friday & Saturday
