A purpose-led organisation supporting frontline services is looking for a highly organised and proactive Case Management Coordinator to join the team in Uckfield. Along with a salary of £24,000 per annum, you will also receive:

What you’ll be doing as Case Management Coordinator:
You’ll play a key role in supporting casework for UK fire and police services—coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and to deadline.
Key responsibilities:
Manage incoming cases from initial logging through to closure
Coordinate and schedule board meetings, including communications with all parties and venue arrangements
Prepare and distribute documentation and case packs in line with required timelines
Maintain accurate records of case progression and file management
Proofread and process reports for quality and accuracy prior to release
Track follow-up actions and manage outstanding queries
Collate data for internal reporting and performance tracking
Support invoice processing and financial record updates
Liaise with clinical specialists, board members, and external authorities
Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly
Escalate complex or delayed cases to the relevant internal leads
Ensure all activity is delivered in line with service standards and contractual timelines
We’re looking for a Case Management Coordinator with:
Experience in administration, coordination, or schedule management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Confident working with databases and spreadsheets
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach and the ability to manage your own workload
A commitment to personal development and professional growth
Customer service experience is highly desirable
You will be working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid lunch), between the hours of 08:00-18:00.
