Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Case Manager to be a positive role model for parents, children and staff and encourage development of meaningful relationships, parenting and attachments. You will be responsible for the case management of a defined number of families advising and supporting throughout the assessment process and the safe running of the House on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring compliance with Residential Family Centre National Minimum Standards, Health & Safety legislation and safeguarding legislation. Essential for the Role: Level 3 or above qualification in social care, early years or a related field Experience of working with vulnerable families Good knowledge of parenting assessments, child development and risk management Strong report writing, communication and organisational skills It would be advantageous if you have experience of working in a residential family centre or supervised contact setting
