Vivo Talent is working with a growing Bank based in Birmingham to recruit a Cash & Payments associate into their team.
You'll play a critical role in managing incoming and outgoing payments related to the Bank's transactions - ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer-related payments including loan completions and drawdowns
Perform timely reconciliations and resolve suspense items
Produce accurate transaction reports, including bank reconciliations for lending and deposit accounts
Analyse account balances and maturing deposits (direct and via deposit aggregators)
Assist with the maintenance of payment mandates and signatories in coordination with banking partners
Support internal teams with payment-related queries and investigations
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a payments or finance role, ideally within the financial services sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
