Casual Teaching Assistant – Flexible Supply
Milton Keynes
£85–£95 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
The Role
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who loves supporting children but wants a better work-life balance? Vision for Education is seeking casual Teaching Assistants to work flexibly across Milton Keynes on day-to-day and short-term supply. This is an ideal opportunity if you wish to continue making a difference in the classroom while choosing when and where you work, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a range of welcoming schools.
Requirements
Please note: Only applicants with relevant UK school experience will be considered.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
Good understanding of supporting pupils across the primary curriculum
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
