We are recruiting for a leading brand in the FMCG sector, renowned for delivering quality products to the market. We are currently looking for a Category Executive to join our client's dynamic team to contribute to the growth of their diverse product range. Job Title: Category Executive

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Category Manager in developing and executing category strategies that align with business objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to provide insights that shape product offerings
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective promotional planning, pricing strategies, and product launches
Utilise retail sales data, consumer insights, and market reports to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
Assist in maintaining strong retailer relationships to optimise product performance
Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of category plans 

Key Requirements:

Experience in category management or a related FMCG role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail
