Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate catering assistant to work in the kitchen on site at our client in the Altham area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation.
Job responsibilities
* Prepare the sandwiches and salads
* Wash utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
* Serving customers
* Keeping work area clean and tidy
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Adhering to health and safety
Skills
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Customer facing experience
Working Hours
Monday - Friday
7am - 2pm
If required - 1 in every 4 Saturdays 7am - 10am paid at time and half.
You will be required to work at external events held by the company - this is roughly 1-2 times a year.
Immediate start.
