Burger Van Manager
Location: Burger Van on the A12 Marks Tay, Longwater Construction Suppliers Car Park towards Colchester
Position: Burger Van Manager (Morning and Evening Shifts Available)
Hourly Wage: £12 - £16ph.

About Us:
We are launching a new burger van specialising in mouth-watering burgers made from high-quality ingredients. Our goal is to provide our customers with a fantastic dining experience from our burger box off a busy A road.
Position Overview:
We have two shifts available:
 Morning Shift: 6 AM - 1PM
 Evening Shift: 1PM - 7PM
Responsibilities:
 -Operate the burger van efficiently during assigned shifts
 - Prepare and cook burgers and other menu items to a high standard
 -Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations
 -Provide excellent customer service and manage customer interactions
 -Maintain cleanliness and organizations of the van and cooking area
 - Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
 - Communicate stock levels at the end of each day and identify items that need restocking
 - Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Qualifications:
 -Valid Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (or above)
 -Basic food safety and hygiene training (preferably certified)
 -First Aid certification (recommended)
 -Proven experience in food preparation and customer service
 -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 -A passion for food, particularly burgers, and quality service
