Contract Options are currently seeking reliable and motivated catering staff to support our clients across various locations, including public and private schools, care homes, hospitals, and office canteens. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in diverse catering environments.
Locations:
Reading, Hook, Basingstoke, Winnersh, Henley-on-Thames, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Didcot, Oxford
Contract Type:
Temporary jobs – Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)
We are recruiting for a variety of catering positions, including:
* Kitchen Porters
* Kitchen Assistants
* Food Service Assistants
* Front of House Staff
* Baristas
* Catering Assistants
* General Assistants
About the Role – Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with food preparation and general kitchen duties
* Supporting food service operations
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Providing excellent customer service (e.g., barista or front of house duties)
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations
⏰ Working Hours:
* Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
* Days and times may vary depending on client needs
✅ Requirements:
* Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a carSome locations are not accessible via public transport – please do not apply if you do not have your own transport
* Minimum of one year’s experience in catering or hospitality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Flexible to travel between sites within the specified areas
Salary:
* Starting from £12.21 per hour, with potential for higher pay depending on location
