This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead a dedicated front-of-house team and ensure outstanding service across all college dining and event operations.
As the Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences – from vibrant student lunches to formal college dinners and high-profile events.

Supervise front-of-house and catering service teams across dining halls, cafés, and function spaces
Act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest service
Work closely with kitchen, conference, and events teams to deliver seamless service
Coach and develop staff to uphold high hospitality standards
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
Manage stock, resources, and service equipment efficiently
Support new initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance the guest experienceAbout You:
Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor, Front-of-House Supervisor,Food and beverage supervisor, Hospitality Team Leader or similar.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude
Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy, high-end catering environment
Passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
