Catering Supervisor – South Kensington
Location: South Kensington, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required)
Pay: Weekly pay
We’re looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team in South Kensington. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front of house and back of house operations, with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of catering operations

Lead and support the team to ensure excellent customer service

Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety

Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

Ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house teams
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required
