Lead, support and inspire a team of Food & Beverage Assistants
Manage rotas, allocate duties, and oversee daily operations
Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and waste management
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met
Serve customers, prepare drinks/food, and drive great customer experiences
Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothlyWhat we're looking for:
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Health & Safety certificates
Confident leading both front & back of house operations
A natural communicator with strong leadership skills
Passionate about delivering excellent customer servicePlease note: This is a full-time role, typically 35 hours per week, with shift patterns including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
