Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual and group CBT sessions to patients with varied mental health needs.

Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care pathways.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional standards.

Contribute to service development, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

BABCP accreditation.
*
Demonstrable experience in delivering CBT in clinical settings.

Previous experience within inpatient, outpatient, or private healthcare is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport.
