Responsibilities As a CCDO Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing soft strip demolition tasks with precision and care.
Loading rubbish and debris into vehicles and lorries for proper disposal.

Assisting with tasks that may require moving up and down lifts to ensure efficient site operations.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Possession of a valid CCDO Card.
UKATA Asbestos Awareness certification (either online or physical).
Proven experience in soft strip demolition and site clearance.
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required.Day-to-Day Your day-to-day activities will involve:
Collaborating with team members to execute soft strip tasks effectively.
Ensuring all rubbish and debris are loaded into designated vehicles or lorries.
Maintaining a clean and safe worksite by clearing up debris and waste.
Using lifts to transport materials and equipment as needed.
