CCTV & Access Control Engineer
£50,000 - £55,000
London

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer specialising in CCTV and Access Control systems to oversee and support a team of five Security Engineers across London.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on delivering high-quality maintenance and commissioning of security systems.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong experience in Lenel, C•Cure systems.

  * £50,000 - £55,000 base salary

  * Company car

  * Early finish every Friday

  * Enhanced overtime rates:

  * 1.5x hourly rate after 17:00 Mon–Thu and after 15:30 Fridays

  * 2x hourly rate on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays

  * 24 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising with length of service)

  * Extra day off on your birthday

What You’ll Bring

  * Strong technical expertise in CCTV systems, including installation, configuration and fault-finding

  * Proven experience with Access Control platforms

  * Hands-on knowledge of Lenel & C•Cure systems (ideal but not essential)

  * Ability to lead, mentor and support a team of engineers
