Job Description

CCTV Engineer needed in Milton Keynes

We are looking for an experienced CCTV & Security Engineer to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This is a field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites, with a strong focus on CCTV systems, fault finding, servicing, and maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing CCTV and integrated security systems while delivering a high level of customer service on-site.

Location: Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities

  * Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV systems (IP & analogue)

  * Diagnose and repair faults efficiently across integrated security systems

  * Work on associated access control and intruder alarm systems where required

  * Carry out system health checks and ensure compliance with relevant standards

  * Complete service reports and documentation accurately

  * Provide excellent customer support and technical advice on-site

  * Assist with small installation and upgrade works when needed

  * Participate in a shared telephone support/call-out rota

Systems Experience Required

  * CCTV Systems – Hikvision, Dahua (IP & analogue)

  * Access Control – Paxton, Comelit PAC

  * Intruder Alarms – Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy

  * Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm systems advantageous

What We’re Looking For

  * Proven experience as a CCTV or Security Service Engineer

  * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  * Good working knowledge of IP CCTV systems and networking

  * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  * Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach

  * Good communication and reporting skills

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Ability to pass security vetting
