Job Title: CDC Qlik Talend Lead (Contract)
Location: Luton (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £425 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: 7th November 2025
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CDC (Change Data Capture) Subject Matter Expert with strong hands-on experience in Qlik Talend Cloud (QTC). The ideal candidate will lead on-cloud to SaaS migration projects, develop and optimize Talend pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute end-to-end migration from on-cloud environments to Qlik Talend SaaS.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable Talend Cloud pipelines and CDC workflows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure technical and business alignment.
* Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple regions.
* Implement ETL/ELT best practices for data modeling and cloud integration.
* Integrate Talend workflows with Git and CI/CD tools for streamlined deployment.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with Talend Studio and Talend Cloud.
* Proficiency in Talend components (e.g., tMap, tJoin, tFileInput).
* Expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies.
* Solid knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT design, and cloud data platforms.
* Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBefore You Apply
