CDM Advisor | Peterborough | Circa £50,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Are you confident in your knowledge of CDM Regulations and committed to ensuring safe project delivery?

We are seeking a dedicated CDM Advisor to embed within a leading utilities company. This role involves ensuring all projects are fully compliant with CDM legislation, advising on design, and conducting site audits on framework contractors.

The successful candidate will:

Oversee and advise on the application of CDM Regulations, including the review of PCI, Design, and Construction Phase Plans.
Conduct competency assessments on Framework Contractors for Designers and Principal Contractors.
Perform site audits to monitor CDM compliance during design and construction phases.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote best practices and deliver targeted CDM training.
Support the development and review of risk assessments and H&S files to meet safety standards.The ideal candidate will have:

A relevant engineering or health and safety qualification, with NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
Experience working within multi-disciplinary design teams and applying health and safety principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
