Job Description
An established architectural practice is seeking a communicative and well-organised CDM Consultant to join their team in the heart of London. This company prides itself on strong client relationships and a creative working environment, supported by hybrid flexibility and a hands-on, engaged culture.
This will offer you exposure to impressive and detailed project portfolio, which are based in iconic areas of London.
The CDM Consultant role
The CDM Consultant will coordinate health and safety documentation, and guide in-house Architects through pre-construction requirements in line with CDM 2015. You'll attend design meetings, carry out site visits when necessary (you will conduct less site audits then typically found within CDM consultancy roles), and support project teams in identifying and managing design risk.
The CDM Consultant
3 years' experience in a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer role (essential)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (essential)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying (preferable)
Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and design risk management
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsIn Return?
