Job Description
This award-winning Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious CDM Consultant to join its growing Birmingham team. You'll work alongside experienced Health & Safety and Principal Design professionals, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors.
As a CDM Consultant, you'll be at the centre of project delivery - guiding clients, contractors, and designers to manage risks effectively and comply with CDM regulations from concept to completion. You'll gain valuable exposure to high-profile schemes while working within a team that encourages autonomy, collaboration, and professional development.

What We're Looking For
Experience as a CDM Consultant or Health & Safety professional within construction
Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations and design risk management
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (TechIOSH / IMaPS advantageous)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a desire to progress
