Monday to Thursday 11:15 till 19:30
Friday 08:30 – 15:00

Our global manufacturing client is seeking a Cell Co-Ordinator to join the growing team.
Below are the responsibilities but not limited to and the job holder will be expected to undertake any duties within their capacity to meet the business needs.
The role:
1. Monitor daily capacity models to ensure Order Fulfilment on time in full (OTIF)
2. Action holiday approval, RTW’s, clocking records, overtime approval, emails, shortage meetings, OTIF meetings, weekly H&S audits
3. Keep Shift Leader informed of progress towards daily targets.
4. Take responsibility for the existing and new processes.
5. Train capabilities to ensure all staff are multi-skilled across Fulfilment areas as a minimum.
6. Ensure the teams multiskilled level remains at the required minimum % working towards achieving the agreed target per cell.
7. Assist the Shift Leader in ensuring all required data is collated within the required timeframe.
8. Accuracy - always Ensure 100% accuracy – Quality, OOB & CRM
9. Actively encourage Continuous Improvement activities, to identify both product and process improvements. Lead Teams working on PDCA and task ticket improvements.
10. Ensure supporting departments are informed of issues affecting cell targets.
Skills required:
1. Aisle Master and Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential
2. Worked within a Modern Manufacturing environment
3. Experienced in coordinating a small to medium team
4. Understanding of the continuous improvement process
5. Good understanding of health & safety principles and procedures
6. Capable of interpreting and reporting data
7. Computer Literate
8. First Aid trained desirable
The ideal candidate:
Experienced Forklift Driver within a modern factory
Stronger characteristics with the ability to drive and motivate your team
Always be honest and have integrity.
Must have a can-do attitude and will possess the drive and determination to take the cell forward.
Highly proactive and adaptable
Ability to step up as a shift leader ass and when required
Remains calm and effective under pressure
Leads by example.
