Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to deliver high standards of service and performance
Drive sales growth and maximise centre turnover
Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies
Organise and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines and business objectives
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations
Lead by example in presentation, professionalism, and core company valuesCandidate specifications for the Centre Manager role:

Proven management experience within the automotive or retail sectors
Strong leadership and team coaching skills
Commercially astute with success in increasing sales and service productivity
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points (licence checks apply)
