Experienced teaching assistants who are confident in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
Patient, proactive, and adaptable individuals
Team players who thrive in a dynamic school environment
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional needs
Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and classroom activities
Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and behavioural skills
Help manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner
Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting to teachers and SEN coordinators
Support inclusion by encouraging participation in school activities
Foster a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
