Technical Change Lead - Windlesham - £60K
Nigel Frank are working exclusively with a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance organisation to recruit an experienced and driven Technical Change Lead. This award-winning national service provider is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
As Technical Change Lead, you will play a key role within the Data & Technology team, leading the roll out and successful adoption of technology-driven change across the organisation. You'll work in close partnership with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure digital solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, change management capability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver strategic plans to support the successful execution of data and technology initiatives
Align change activities with the wider goals of the Data & Technology function
Act as a key link between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear and effective communication
Manage the full life cycle of change - from planning through to implementation and post-roll out support
Collaborate with tech teams to translate technical concepts into business-friendly, value-focused outcomes
Assess risks and readiness for change, and develop mitigation strategies where needed
Partner with teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, and IT Infrastructure to ensure cross-functional alignment
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and modern data architectures
Proficiency in change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR
Demonstrated success leading change within technology or data-focused environments
Strong understanding of data management, digital transformation, and emerging tech trends
Ability to approach change with a user-centric mindset
