Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits
Type: Full-Time, On-Site (with up to 25% European Travel)
About the Role: Are you a strategic, results-driven channel marketing professional ready to make a real impact?
We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to drive partner-focused marketing strategies in a high-growth, innovation-led technology company. This is a newly created, high-visibility role, offering you the chance to shape our channel marketing approach from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Channel Manager and a global network of partners while being an integral part of our established and supportive marketing team.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead global channel marketing efforts to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel partners.
Create a scalable channel marketing road map based on KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
Drive partner acquisition and engagement, delivering toolkits, events, webinars, and training to enable success.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform tactical adjustments.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and events teams to align marketing with business goals.
