VGC Group are looking for experienced Chargehand to start on a project in Battersea. This contract is available to start ASAP.

Qualifications: CSCS Gold, SSSTS and good paving and kerb laying experience

Your role as a Chargehand will be based in Battersea and will consist of:
Lead and supervise a team of construction workers.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality.
Inspect completed work to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain quality.
Monitor the progress of work and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
Ensure that all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
