Job Description
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Charity Fundraiser to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency.
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £12.21.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Benefits and Package for a Charity Fundraiser:
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
Contract: Temporary
Location: Bristol City Centre
Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
No weekend work
Food available for breakfast and lunch
Option to provide support for your preferred sector of charities
Key Responsibilities of a Charity Fundraiser:
Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
Offering detailed information about the charity and how donations are used
Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Key Skills of a Charity Fundraiser:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner are essential
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Positive and pro-active work ethic
Exceptional organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload
