Chartered Building Surveyor

£40,000 – £55,000 + £4,000 car allowance + bonus

📍 Liverpool

A Chartered Building Surveyor position in Liverpool, offering £40,000–£55,000 plus bonus and car allowance. This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working, delivering commercial project and professional instructions within an international consultancy environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

  * Deliver building surveying instructions across commercial portfolios

  * Undertake dilapidations and contract administration

  * Prepare surveys, PPM schedules and technical reports

  * Provide due diligence for investor and occupier clients

  * Support team growth and client development

✅ Requirements

  * MRICS qualified in Building Surveying

  * 1–2 years post-qualification experience

  * Commercial sector experience

  * Strong technical and reporting capability

  * Confident in client-facing delivery

💰 Salary & Package

  * £40,000 – £55,000 salary
