This permanent, full-time position combines technical due diligence with a broader professional building surveying workload.
Responsibilities
* Deliver technical due diligence inspections and reports for commercial property transactions
* Assess condition, defects, repair liabilities, statutory compliance and transaction risk
* Manage professional building surveying instructions, including dilapidations and planned maintenance advice
* Maintain client communication throughout inspections, reporting and follow-up advice
* Coordinate specialist input where complex assets require additional technical review
Requirements
* MRICS qualification
* Post-qualification experience in commercial building surveying consultancy
* Technical due diligence inspection and reporting experience
* Broader professional building surveying experience
* Experience managing instructions independently at Chartered Surveyor level
Salary & Package
* £52,000–£62,000 base salary
* 15% contractual over-target bonus
