💼 Your Role
Work with prestigious commercial clients across diverse projects, including:
* Dilapidations, PPMs, and reinstatement cost assessments
* Technical due diligence and schedules of condition
* Advising on building/property issues (technical, legal, financial, etc.)
* Project services: feasibility studies, cost consultancy, project management
📝 What you need
* MRICS Chartered & qualified in Building Surveying
* Strong communication and client liaison skills
* A drive to progress and make an impact
